Eric Stern is an experienced technology leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations use technology to improve operations, strengthen security, and support the people doing the work.
Throughout his career, Eric has led technology strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, systems integration, vendor selection, staff training, and digital transformation. His experience spans Microsoft 365, AI readiness and governance, workflow improvement, data and reporting, business systems, and managed service provider oversight.
Eric founded HumanFirst Technology Advisors to give small and mid-sized organizations access to practical, experienced technology leadership. His approach begins with understanding an organization’s mission, people, and everyday challenges before recommending a solution. He translates complex technology issues into clear decisions, realistic priorities, and achievable next steps.
